Get to Know IPC Member, Tim Dreier of Dreier Pharmacy
Tim Dreier, the dedicated owner of Dreier Pharmacy, embarked on his journey into independent pharmacy despite initial discouragement from his father. Reflecting on his father’s advice, Tim recounts, “My dad told my sister and me never to go into pharmacy, which we didn’t listen to.” Drawn by the allure of Shawano’s close-knit community, the prospect of a fulfilling career, and the opportunity to provide for his family, Tim forged ahead into the pharmacy industry. “We really liked the area since Donald Dreier, the former owner, made a decent living to raise a family. So that’s why we went into pharmacy,” Tim explains. For him, the most rewarding aspect of his chosen path lies in the daily impact he makes on the lives of others: “I mean myself, and I guess the most gratifying thing is helping people every day.”
