MICROSOFT OUTAGE CAUSES ORDER DELAYS
Dear IPC Members and Warehouse Customers,
Due to a major global Microsoft outage that occurred Thursday late afternoon IPC was unable to process orders during the outage. IPC systems have been restored to normal operational capabilities, and the effects of the outage continue to impact many businesses across the globe.
All impacted orders will be fulfilled Friday, July 19th and we are waiving shipping charges on all affected orders. Cold items on all affected orders will be removed given the weekend transit time and can be re-ordered on Monday. Orders will be shipped Next Day Air to arrive on Monday July 22nd.
As a result of the volume of calls, emails, and chats we anticipate receiving today, response time may be longer than normal. We know this issue ultimately may impact patients in the communities you serve. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
