In 2017, I had the unique opportunity to attend a “training” that at the time I didn’t know would change my life.

I put training above in quotes because that term puts a picture in my head of sitting in a classroom being lectured to, possibly walking away energized, but it slowly fades back into the norm I was living before attending. Maybe, just maybe, I absorbed a couple kernels of insight that I was able to use to improve.

Little did I know that my experience with Kelley and Terri would transform me as a leader, as a husband, as a father, as a friend, as a son. It impacted all the roles I am in my life. It wasn’t immediate. The experience gave me the confidence to acknowledge that where I am today isn’t my destiny, that I can change my trajectory, my relationships, and chart the destination that I want.
